90th Season Program

Take an ad in the 90th Season Program

Note: This page of information is for Members of the Community Players. The attached two pages are for Ad Sponsors.

For the 2017-2018 “90TH SEASON” the Community Players is going to make ONE PROGRAM to be used for ALL FOUR SHOWS at the City Auditorium.

Each show will also create a smaller Show Insert to go inside the main program, with cast list, bios, show sponsor and “break a leg”
notices. Business ads will now go in the main program.

ADVERTISING SPONSOR ADS for the PROGRAM will be sold by all Players Members, not by a “committee.” Every adult member of Players is asked to sell ONLY TWO ADS. Thank you for your support of Your Program.

The program will have an editorial staff – their job is to edit and lay out the program, keep track of ads sold and payments. Their job is not to sell ads.

Please print out copies of the attached two pages as needed for your sponsors.

  1. GET AD SPONSORS – go to people you know; business owners, managers,
use family connections or business contacts you know or businesses you go
to frequently. (Only go to restaurants during their slower “off hours”!) Your
clubs, church groups, non‐profit organizations sponsor ads as well.
    • It’s Community Players 90TH SEASON – 1 Audi Program
    • The AD will run for all 4 Audi Shows, 11 performances, be seen
by 4000 to 5000 Concord arts‐supporting area shoppers.
    • Shows this season: Wizard of Oz, Hunchback of Notre Dame,
Vanya & Sonia, Shakespeare in Hollywood (both comedies).
    • Value: Ad prices are 70% OFF last year’s prices (over 4 shows)
    • Bonus: Ad prices are going up next season – Yours WILL NOT
  3. KEEP IN CONTACT with Program Editor, Jim Webber at jbw1026@aol.com
Let me know which SPONSORS you go to – if their answer is “YES” “NO” or
“MAYBE”. (We want to avoid sending people to the same businesses over
and over again.) Read the sponsor flyer over carefully and please call me if
you have any questions 669‐9975 (eves.)

THANK YOU & GOOD LUCK! – Jim Webber, Vice President
