Please contact Director Karen Braz at to schedule your 10–minute audition time.  Interested actors should prepare a short, memorized dramatic monologue from a classic play or story; you will also be asked to read scenes from the script.  See below for roles available in “The Secret Garden.”  Questions? Mrs. Medlock – the housekeeper at Misselthwaite Manor, a no-nonsense, stern woman

Dickon – Martha’s brother, a young gardener, age 13 – 15

Dr. Craven – Archibald’s cousin, cares for Colin

Mrs. Sowerby – kindly, wise, motherly friend and neighbor

Nurse – cares for Colin

Archibald Craven – Master of Misselthwaite Manor and Colin’s father

Colin Craven – invalid son of Archibald, age 10 or 11

Bellboy/Maid – at the London hotel

Lilias – memory from the past, Archibald’s wife and Colin’s mother
