Season Program

Are you a member of THE COMMUNITY PLAYERS OF CONCORD NH? Then THIS IS FOR YOU!! 

SEASON PROGRAM ADS for the SEASON PROGRAM are sold by the Players Membership Every adult member of the Players is asked to sell ONLY ONE AD. The money raised pays for the printing of all the CPC programs at the Audi and all show inserts, with additional funds going into the general operating fund. The program printing costs for each production will be $0.00. 

WHAT TO DO

  1. Print out a few copies of the attached PDF: New Ad Sponsor Information.
  2. Who do I go to? Go to people you know – business owners, managers, use your family connections, business contacts or businesses you go to frequently. (Only go to restaurants during their slower “off hours.”) Your clubs, church groups, non‐profit organizations can buy ads as well.
  1. What are my “Talking Points” when I meet them? Tell them: 
    1. The ad will appear in the Season Program from October 2019 to May 2020. That’s FOUR SHOWS at Concord City Auditorium.
    2. The ad will be seen by almost 4,000 people – people who support the arts, local businesses and local organizations in the area.
    3. The shows this year at the Audi are Disney’s Frozen Jr., Sweet Charity (musical), The Odd Couple – Female Version (comedy), Barefoot in the Park (comedy).
    4. The Community Players encourage their audiences to take the Season Program home with them to use as a valuable resource all year long.
    5. The ads are very reasonably priced (see prices on print out). Sponsors have the option of changing the content of their ad during the season.
    6. As a bonus; Ad Sponsors will get two comp vouchers (a $40 value!) to use at any Community Players show at the Audi this season.
