Dear Friends,
Community. That’s the word that defines our organization and is the catalyst for everything we do. Since 1927, thousands of area residents have come together to work towards one shared goal: the creation of live, high-quality theatre for local audiences. Age, education, and even political affiliation, all fall away as actors and crew work together to bring a play to life. Friendships are forged and a sense of community resonates long after a production wraps. 
Our commitment to community engagement has long been a hallmark of the Community Players of Concord. During our 2024-2025 Season we offered:
- Three main stage productions and one Children’s Theatre Project show at the Concord City Auditorium.
- Two musical theatre camps for children.
- A “staged reading” of a topical drama at Concord’s West Street Ward House.
- Four free workshops, open to the public, on acting, set design and set construction.
- A lending program from our collection of costumes, props, and set pieces to area schools, civic organizations andtheatre groups.
In addition to the hundreds of volunteers who keep our organization running, we also depend upon the support of our loyal patrons. Ticket sales generate less than half the revenue necessary to produce the theatre that you have come to expect from the Players. Your gift helps to bridge that gap.
