Season Program is Here!
Our Season Program book is returning for our 99th Season and we need YOUR help in gathering advertisers for this important fundraising vehicle. Members, all the details you need to easily approach potential advertisers have been distilled into a Season Program Info Sheet — Click Here! Please use it to approach the businesses in your life – places you shop, your doctor’s office, people from school, church, the neighborhood! This is an appeal to ALL members for help in gathering advertisers for our Program – there is no committee that does this. It’s a true group effort. We love our Sponsors, including our ad sponsors!
The Season Program is used for all four shows at the Audi – 11 performances – and will be seen by thousands of people during our 99th Season. The program is filled with ads from local ad sponsors, organizations and friends, contains information about the Players, and serves as an ambassador for the group to our audiences. It’s also a great fundraiser for the organization!
There is no committee that sells the ads – it is done by the membership as a group effort. YOUR help is needed to bring in advertisers. YOU are the initial contact, but once you make the sale, Linda Chadbourne will handle the rest.
Print out the Info Sheet which has all the information and bring copies to businesses, organizations, clubs, doctors and personal contacts – YOUR recommendation makes all the difference. Chat up managers and business owners and fill them in on our exciting upcoming season. You can even email the Info Sheet with a personal note. These ads are reasonably-priced and you are providing potential sponsors with an affordable marketing opportunity. Remind them that they are supporting live theatre in Downtown Concord and that we encourage every patron to keep their program to use as a valuable resource throughout the year.
